Inspired by fire, heritage, and the flavors of the season, Chef Pyet will present a family-style feast featuring smoked chicharrones with tamarind-chile glaze, bison tomahawk steak with vaquero herb butter, grilled garlic shrimp, Hatch chile papas, handmade tortillas, three fire-roasted salsas, and a spectacular charred sweet potato dessert.
Each course will be complemented by curated wine pairings from Mexico’s Valle de Guadalupe, creating a one-of-a-kind journey through bold flavors, exceptional wines, and Mexican culinary traditions.
